Advance Engineering's Thermoformed Plastic Capabilities

We manufacture thermoformed plastic products out of our Beaverton, MI plastic thermoforming plant, where we offer single and twin sheet operations, as well as in-line thermoforming capabilities.

Thermoformed plastic parts are durable, and are useful in a variety of applications. We have manufactured these products for the following industries: food, consumer goods, home and commercial appliance, medical/dental, automotive, as well as numerous other industries.

Packaging Applications

As a packaging manufacturer, Advance Engineering also provides thermoform packaging solutions to a variety of industries. One of our specialties is the manufacturing of clamshell packaging. Clamshell packaging is a useful packaging system that can be used to house and safely transport items of various sizes and shapes.

From egg cartons to clamshell packaging, Advance Engineering's team of engineers and packaging specialists will design and create the right thermoform packaging solution for your product.

Our Equipment & Material Capabilities

Our equipment includes seven different Thermoformers, offering a part depth range of between 4" and 36", an index length of 24" to 42", a roll width of 28" to 40.5", and a roll diameter of 36" to 48".
