Advance Engineering's Capabilities Revolve Around 3 Primary Areas:
Deep Draw Metal Stampings
Advance Engineering was founded as a metal stamping provider, and for the past 90 years we have been focused on providing quality metal stampings for a variety of industries.
Our capabilities include producing deep draw metal stampings [Link here to Deep Draw Metal Stamping page], in diameters up to 3" (76.0mm) and depths to 2 ½" (64.0mm). With press tonnage up to 400 pounds, we also have a variety of die stations that can be developed to provide additional features, such as coining, bottom piercing, multiple side piercing, extruding, embossing, marking and burnishing. We manufacture deep draw metal stampings in a variety of materials, from cold & hot roll steel to stainless steel to red metals.
Metal Stamping & Welded Assemblies
Advance Engineering is continually investing in our production machinery to provide customers with a wide array of sophisticated options for creating precision metal stampings and welded products. We also has the ability to provide parts that require sub-processes including plating, coating and sub-assembly.
With press capabilities ranging from 110 to 400 tons, with Advance features such as die censoring, tonnage monitoring, quick change capabilities and hydraulic quick clamping abilities, we produce precision metal stampings in a variety of materials.
Thermoformed Plastics
Advance Engineering's capabilities also include producing thermoformed plastic products. Produced out of our Beaverton, MI facility that is dedicated to producing only thermoformed plastic products, our technology investment includes seven thermoforming machines that convert plastic sheet or film into a formed, finished part.
Thermoformed plastic products are durable and useful in a variety of applications. Our engineering and design staff will work hand-in-hand with you to design and manufacture the part you need.
